May 12-16

This week we are continuing our study of geometry and shapes. Later this week will be reviewing the concepts that we have learned throughout the entire year!

May 5-9

This week we will be studying geometry, both in 3D solids and the relationship of different shapes!! So get ready to break out those tangrams again!  And be looking for different solid shapes around the house!  Also because of Fine Arts Night on Monday there will be no homework, and there is also no next Friday, May 9.

April 28-May 2

This week we are continuing our study of graphs, and we will be having a cumulative test on Thursday, May 1st.  Then we will begin our study of 3 dimensional shapes!

April 14-17

Back to our normal school schedule!  We are continuing our study of capacity this week, delving into liters, cups, gallons, half-gallons, pints, and quarts.  Look for some items at home that use these different capacity units!

April 7-11

With the odd schedule of Stanford 10's this week we will not be having homework Tuesday night.  The rest of this week, we will be studying capacity!

March 24-28

This week we are finishing up our study of fractions, and we will be having a cumulative test on Thursday.  Because of the music concert on Tuesday we will not be having homework Tuesday, March 25.  On Friday we will begin our study of time!

March 17-21

Welcome back everyone!  I hope that you all had a restful spring break, and are excited for a new quarter filled with new material.  This week we are studying fractions!!
